EINDHOVEN – On his bicycle, Eindhoven resident Tom Bakkers often passed by the former Campina cold storage building. “A brutal building,” he says. “Mystical and beautifully ugly.” Five years ago, he purchased it. Alongside major plans, there is now also a book.
