Opening of the container pavilion

The Koelhuis Eindhoven team moved to a new office in the Container Pavilion in early October 2023. The team behind Koelhuis, Concrete Ventures – the joint venture between property developer Bakkers | Hommen and creative agency, Factorr.nl, have been busy designing and developing this new space. The Container Pavilion is not your typical office, it is a brilliant example of how shipping containers – once used for transporting cargo around the world – have now turned into dynamic spaces for working and collaborating. The Container Pavilion lives within the Koelhuis District’s Creativity Garden - a hybrid, temporary outdoor space of over 3,000 sqm combining a mix of flexible facilities and allowing for placemaking activities.
